1. Payment & Booking:

   • Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.

2. Guest Regulations:

   • The number of guests must not exceed the count specified at the time of booking. Only registered guests are allowed at the villa.
   • All guests must provide valid ID proofs upon request, either at the time of booking or upon arrival. Foreign nationals are required to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

3. Property Guidelines:

   • Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Charges for repair or replacement will be billed at actual cost.
   • Any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use, are strictly prohibited on the premises.
   • Commercial activities are not permitted at our villa without prior approval.

4. Refund & Deposit:

   • A refundable deposit may be collected at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded within 5 working days after check-out, provided there are no additional guests and check-out time is adhered to.

5. Commercial Filming & Video Shooting:

   • If the property is used for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities exceeding the initial booking parameters, additional charges will apply.
   • An extra refundable security deposit will be required to cover potential damages resulting from extended property usage.
   • Failure to settle additional charges for commercial activities will result in reservation cancellation and denial of check-in.

6. House Rules:

   • All male groups are not allowed.
   • This is a pet-friendly property.
   • This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
   • The villa is in a secluded location in Jaipur.
   • In case of a power outage, the 32 KVA generator can support all appliances. Additionally, there is an 8 KVA inverter that can support light, fan, and switches for up to 6 hours.
   • All mobile networks work fairly well here. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
   • There is no Wi-Fi connection at the property. However, guests can use an internet dongle for accessing the internet.
   • Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
   • Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
   • There are CCTV cameras that capture the living area and exterior areas of the property for security purposes.
   • This is a standalone property.
   • The caretaker resides near the premises of the property.
   • Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
   • Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
   • We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
   • Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
   • Pets are not allowed in the pool.
   • Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
